About
Beartooth Basin is a summer-only ski area on the Twin Lakes Headwall along Beartooth Pass in northern Wyoming, the only lift-served summer skiing in North America. Two Poma lifts climb the north-facing slopes to 10,900 feet, serving 1,000 vertical feet across roughly 600 acres of steep terrain. It opens only after the Beartooth Highway clears, running from late May into early July.
