Return Policy
At Boarderspeak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All of our products are printed on-demand and shipped directly to you. Please review our return policy below.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Please contact us with photos of the issue and we will work to resolve it promptly.
Claims deemed an error on our part (printing errors, damage during production, or defects) are covered at our expense. We will either replace the item or issue a refund.
2. Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us and we will investigate the shipment status and work to resolve the issue.
3. Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order to avoid any delays or additional costs.
4. Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Unclaimed returns that are not reshipped within 30 days will be donated to charity.
5. Customer-Initiated Returns
Please contact us before returning any products. Because our items are custom printed on-demand, we generally do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind.
Size exchanges: If you need a different size, please contact us. We may be able to help arrange a size exchange, though this would require placing a new order.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene reasons, certain sealed goods (such as face masks) are not suitable for return once unsealed. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. Custom/Personalized Items
All of our products are made to order and printed specifically for you. As such, they are considered personalized goods and may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error in production.
8. Notice for EU Consumers
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized
- Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
9. Notice for Brazil Consumers
Customers residing in Brazil who wish to return a purchase must contact us and express their intent to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will be evaluated to verify whether the product was used or damaged. If so, a refund may not be possible.
10. How to Submit a Claim
To submit a claim for a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, please contact us at support@boarderspeak.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the problem
We will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days.
