Forest Lakes is a historic, non-operational ski area in Colorado, United States. Ski operations are not active. Forest Lakes was a small ski area north of Bayfield, Colorado, off County Road 501, built to serve the Forest Lakes residential subdivision. It operated from about 1972 to 1983 with one Poma lift and a tow, and closed amid limited snow, low skier numbers and financial problems.
