About
The Hintertux Glacier sits at the head of the Zillertal in Tyrol and is the only ski area in Austria open every day of the year. Lifts climb from the valley at about 1,500 meters to 3,250 meters, opening as much as 60 kilometers of piste when the area is fully running in winter. In summer the runs above 2,500 meters keep training racers and skiers on snow.
