About
Le Grand Massif is a linked ski area in the Haute-Savoie region of the French Alps, formed from five resorts: Flaine, Les Carroz d'Arâches, Morillon, Samoëns, and Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval. Its 63 lifts connect about 265 kilometers of piste between roughly 700 and 2,480 meters, making it one of the largest interlinked domains in France. The Cascades run drops some 14 kilometers from Flaine down to Sixt, one of the longest green pistes in the Alps.
