Les Côtes 40-80 was a small, easily accessible ski hill in the heart of Sainte-Adèle, Quebec, in the Laurentians, with skiing dating back to the 1920s (originally tied to the Maison Blanche hotel). Acquired by the town in 1969, it closed on March 23, 2008 for lack of profitability and has since 2015 operated as a mountain bike park.
