About
Madawaska Mountain is a historic, non-operational ski area in Ontario, Canada. Ski operations are not active. Madawaska Mountain (also called Radcliffe Hills) was a small community ski hill south of Barry's Bay in eastern Ontario, Canada, opened in 1970 with a single T-bar and about 137 metres of vertical. After years as a non-profit, it changed hands and closed; a final attempt under township lease ended around 2012, and the property was sold in 2019 as a private retreat rather than a ski operation.
