About

Mt Donna Buang is a historic, non-operational ski area in Australia. Ski operations are not active. Mount Donna Buang, in the Yarra Ranges of Victoria, Australia and the closest snow to Melbourne, operated as a ski resort from about 1925 to the early 1950s with lodges, a ski jump and six runs. Reliable ski operations ended decades ago as skiers moved to higher resorts, and today the mountain is used mainly for snow play and tobogganing when snow falls.
