Nevele is a historic, non-operational ski area in New York, United States. Ski operations are not active. Nevele refers to the ski slope of the Nevele Grand Hotel, a Borscht Belt resort near Ellenville in Wawarsing, New York, that opened in 1901 and added a ski slope and lodge among its many amenities. The resort declined through the 1980s and 1990s and closed in 2009; the abandoned property, including the disused ski slope and golf courses, was sold in 2023 for redevelopment and has since been damaged by fires.
