About
Pelion Ski Center sits at Agriolefkes on Mount Pelion, 27 kilometers from Volos in the Magnesia region of Greece. Five lifts serve about 3 kilometers of runs between 1,170 and 1,471 meters, most of it intermediate ground. Founded in 1967 by the mountaineering club of Volos, it is one of the few ski areas anywhere with a clear line of sight to the sea, out over the Pagasetic Gulf to the Aegean.
