About
Powder Mountain rises above Eden in Utah's Wasatch Range, one of the largest ski areas in the United States by acreage at roughly 8,000 skiable acres. The summit reaches 9,422 feet for about 2,205 feet of lift-served vertical, with snowcat and hike-to terrain extending well beyond the lifts. Netflix co-founder Reed Hastings took majority ownership in 2023 and has since turned much of the mountain over to passholders only.
