Saint-Honoré 1500 - La Chaud, on the Matheysine plateau in Isère, France, is an abandoned ski resort built from the late 1970s as a tourism diversification project after the local mines closed. Its real estate developer was jailed for fraud, the project was liquidated by 1995, the ski lifts were abandoned around 2003 with skiing ending about 2004, and the lifts were dismantled between 2005 and 2007.
