About
Skigebiet am Kreuzberg is the largest ski area in the Bavarian Rhön, set on the north side of the Kreuzberg near Bischofsheim. Four lifts serve eleven slopes totaling about 15 km, with a vertical drop near 300 m and snowmaking to back up the natural cover. The Blicklift, a Doppelmayr drag lift from 1958, is the oldest in the Rhön and northern Bavaria.
