About

Super Saint-Bernard is a historic, non-operational ski area in Switzerland. Ski operations are not active. Super Saint-Bernard was a high-altitude ski resort near the Great St Bernard Pass at Bourg-Saint-Pierre in Valais, Switzerland, opened in 1963 alongside the Great St Bernard Tunnel. Struggling financially, it was slated for closure in 2002 and its lifts ceased operating by around 2010; it is now one of Switzerland's well-known abandoned ghost resorts, frequented by ski tourers and freeriders.
