About
Tavascan, also known as Pleta del Prat, is one of the smallest ski areas in the Catalan Pyrenees, tucked in the Alt Pirineu Natural Park near the village of Lladorre in Lleida province. The area spans 1,712 to 2,197 meters and is served by three lifts, a chairlift with a 500 meter drop, a surface lift, and a magic carpet, across 5 km of pistes. Opened in 1991, it has kept a deliberately low-key, low-impact footprint compared to Catalonia's larger resorts.
