About

Teeple Hill is a historic, non-operational ski area in Michigan, United States. Ski operations are not active. Teeple Hill was a community ski area in the Highland State Recreation Area near Milford, Michigan, with facilities donated by the Edsel Ford estate and run as a non-profit by the Pontiac Ski Club. With about 200 feet of vertical served by several rope tows, it operated from the 1950s into the 1970s and has since closed; the area is now used for cross-country skiing and mountain biking, with the historic Ford-estate barn still standing.
