About
Timberline Summit Pass is a beginner-focused ski area at Government Camp on the south side of Mount Hood, Oregon. The lift-served terrain is small, rising about 305 feet from a 4,000-foot base on a single double chairlift over roughly 2.5 miles of gentle, wide runs. Open since 1927, it is one of the oldest ski areas in the Pacific Northwest and now adds night skiing, snow tubing, and Nordic trails under the Timberline umbrella it joined in 2021.
