About
Sapporo Teine is a ski resort on Mount Teine, overlooking Sapporo and Ishikari Bay in Hokkaido, Japan. Thirteen lifts serve 15 courses across two sectors, rising to 1,023 meters with a 683 meter vertical and a 5.4 kilometer top-to-bottom run. It hosted the giant slalom, slalom, bobsleigh, and luge events at the 1972 Winter Olympics, split between its Highland and Olympia zones.
