About
Shukolovo, also known as Tyagachev's Mountain, is a ski club in the Dmitrov district of Moscow Oblast, the closest such facility to the Russian capital. The area covers about 3 km of piste between 150 and 200 meters elevation, a vertical drop of roughly 50 meters, served by 13 lifts including chairlifts, T-bars, and tourist tows, more lifts than any other resort in the oblast. Named for Leonid Tyagachev, former president of the Russian Olympic Committee, it includes a dedicated snow park for freestyle riders.
