About
The Cedars (Arz) is Lebanon's oldest ski area, set in the Bsharri mountains of the north about 130 km from Beirut. It runs high and short, with lifts climbing from roughly 2,150 to 2,850 m on open, treeless slopes above the ancient cedar grove. Lebanon's first ski lift was built here in 1953, and the area is operated by Téléskis des Cèdres.
